Habitat : Coastal forest & scrublands of Hog Island, off the coast of Honduras. They are classified endangered in the wild. This is due to intensive collection for the pet trade in the late 1900s. There has also been a marked reduction in their habitat due to habitat loss. Despite this, the establishment of a marine protected area has allowed their numbers to rebound a little
